Services Description

We provide luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and outdoor events. The specific services provided will be outlined in your rental agreement, quote, or booking confirmation.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Luxury restroom trailer rentals (two-stall and three-stall units)
• Delivery and on-site setup
• Stocked toiletries and sanitation supplies
• On-call support during your event
• Pickup and post-event servicing
• Half-day and full-day rental options

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your event, venue, and site conditions
• Ensure suitable site access, level placement area, and any required utility connections for trailer setup
• Review and approve rental agreements and booking documents before execution
• Use the equipment responsibly and notify us promptly of any damage or issues
• Pay fees according to agreed-upon terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account or booking portal credentials

Fees and Payment

Rental fees will be communicated prior to booking and may be structured as:

• Fixed rental fees (half-day or full-day)
• Delivery and setup charges based on location
• Deposits to secure your reservation
• Additional servicing fees where applicable

Payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement. Late payments may be subject to applicable fees or cancellation of the reservation.

Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable health, sanitation, and transportation regulations and industry standards. We operate in compliance with relevant state and local requirements governing portable sanitation and event rental services.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide clean, reliable, and well-maintained equipment, event conditions involve factors outside our control. We do not guarantee outcomes affected by weather, site conditions, utility availability, or third-party interference.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific rental in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• As required by law
• For booking, delivery, and service coordination purposes
• With your explicit consent

Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with written notice, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your booking. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of fees for services rendered through the termination date, including any applicable cancellation or deposit terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our professional relationship will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
